Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 24-hour cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. A valid credit card is required at the time the reservation is made to confirm and guarantee your room/suite reservation.

Check-in time 3 p.m. Check-out time at 11 a.m. Rates subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Property is a smoke-free facility.  

Pet Policy:
All guests bringing pets are assigned to first-floor “Pet-Friendly” rooms that include a spacious walkout patio. All pets must be leashed or contained in a carrier outside of your room.  A pet fee of $50 per pet, per night, will be applied to your reservation. Service animals are always welcomed at the Conference Center and Inn. For guests with pet allergies, we offer pet-free accommodations on three floors. Please contact the hotel directly for additional information.

Pool Policies:

 - Enjoy swimming responsibly! Lifeguard coverage is limited so we ask that you swim at your own risk.  
 - Food and beverage options are available in at our cabana, bar, and vending area. Outside alcoholic beverages, hard coolers, or roll-in coolers are prohibited. 
 - To maintain safety, we kindly ask that all glassware be kept away from the pool and its surrounding areas.  
 - Help us keep the pool area safe and fun for everyone by avoiding running, pushing, or any rough play.  
 - For your safety, diving is not permitted.  
 - Please do not smoke, vape, or use tobacco in or around our facilities.  
 - To ensure a serene environment, please leave your pets at home.  
 - We are happy to offer pool towel service to our guests! Pool towels must remain inside the pool and cabana area.  
 - Make a splash in style! Remember to wear proper swim attire while taking a dip. 
 - Children must be accompanied by an adult.  
 - Guests ages 12 years and above are welcome to enjoy our hot tub. 
 - Your safety, comfort, and positive experience are our priority! Management may need to limit pool access in certain circumstances such as inclement weather, special events, and maintenance.  
 - For your enjoyment, audio and visual technology are available. These services are managed by our team.  
 - Our pool operates in accordance with Clemson University Inclement Weather Policies.
